Step 1: Patient Vitals Recorded by MA
When the patient arrives at the clinic, the Medical Assistant (MA) checks and records vitals such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.

Step 2: MA Shares Initial Notes with Provider
After recording vitals, the MA adds a brief note with observations and shares it with the provider before the consultation begins.

Step 3: Provider Consults Using DocAI Scribe
The provider reviews the MA’s notes and conducts the in-person consultation. During the conversation, DocAI Scribe listens in real time and automatically generates a structured SOAP note, including CPT codes, ICD-10 diagnoses, and MIPS G-Codes.

Step 4: Note Review and Save
The provider reviews the generated note, makes final edits if needed, and saves it. The note can be printed or saved as a PDF. EMR integration is available upon request.
